Welcome to Great 2B Fit.

Since 2011, I have been helping women improve and change their lives through fitness instruction and proper nutrition. My knowledge began when I joined a program that helped with my own 30# weight loss. I had been dieting and exercising my entire life with off and on success, gaining and loosing. Many of you followed a similar path. Beyond dieting I had also tried many exercise programs, remember Jane Fonda! “Make it Burn!”

My success back then led me to decide to make a career shift and initially offered that same program I had followed offering it to other women, seizing upon the opportunity to give back. I have since expanded my programs exercise and nutrition coaching components, and now focus on the 3 C's, Consistent Exercise, Clean Eating, and Caring Accountability. These I knew were the key to sustainable weight loss. I stand by that message today.

I have been the manager of Brookline's group training studio for women since we opened in 2011. I have a passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Because of this passion, I became an ACE certified personal trainer in 2007. Having my own weight loss experience, I know first-hand what it takes mentally and physically to get to a comfortable place where making healthy choices is just the way of life. There is no better feeling than finally realizing you have complete control over your destiny.

I earn the trust of my clients by listening, caring and advising them on how to work towards a healthy lifestyle. Making exercise a long lasting habit isn’t easy, but our clients enjoy the sense of community in the studio. Whether you have weight to lose, want to get in shape, tone your muscles, improve your balance, want a challenging workout, or you just don’t want to work out in a large, primarily male-dominated gym, we welcome you!
